Curse of the Were Rabbit

Were Rabbit (3)

Evening all. After a horrid few days with a head cold, a migraine and feeling a bit bleurgh, I’ve had and evening of catching up on the Season 3 boxset of Nashville and colouring in, so it’s just a quick post before bed.

I am skating in right under the wire with my Progressive Challenge entry for Bloobel Stamps. This is my crazy hatted version of the Easter Parade Judy:

Were Rabbit (2)

I have made a page for my colouring journal and I just couldn’t resist adding some bunny ears and a fluffy tail, oh and the basket of eggs and carrots too!

Mellow Yellow

Colourista Foil - Just for You (4)

Morning All! We had lovely blue skies here this morning but in the last quarter of an hour the clouds have returned and it’s looking really gloomy here. So to brighten things up I have something a little different to show you today.

I had a play with some Colorista Pencils and some fabulous Foiled Colorista Pads a few weeks back to make some samples for the shopping channel HSN.

This card uses Colorista Designer Tags 1 Pad and Colorista Pencils Sets 1 & 6

Colourista Foil - Just for You (2)

That tag is so stunning, I thought clean and simple would show it off.

Birthday Roses

DSC07655

Hello….it’s me again…..no jokes about busses please!! It’s time for a brand new challenge over at the Polkadoodles Challenge Blog and even though it’s Anything Goes the team are showing some creations using Flowers.

I have used papers and elements from the Belle Papillon Big Kahuna Download, along with an Elegant Flourish die cut.

DSC07659

I did a bit of magic on the sentiment for this…..turned the background transparent and the sentiment white so I could layer it on the DP before printing.

DSC07658

A little bit of fussy cutting on the flowers lol. Change the sentiment and this would make a fabulous Mother’s Day card.

Bunny Wishes

Mum 85th Birthday (4)

Evening All! I mostly make card just for myself but this evening I have a card to share with you that I made for an order. The only requirements were it was for a Mum who is turning 85 and it had to be A4 size.

I thought that would be a breeze, until I started to make it…..A4 is a large space to fill without everything looking a little lost.

So I used a couple of Lili of the Valley digi trios for this card, love that I can make them whatever size is needed and mix and match them too. This card uses Bunny Wishes Trio and Birthday Trio:

Mum 85th Birthday (2)

Not knowing what the recipients tastes are, I decided to use some soft and pretty colours

Mum 85th Birthday (5)

And some pretty flowers too
