Morning all! It’s the first Tuesday of the month and that means one thing…… Tiddly Tuesday! So over at the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog we want to see your ‘Clean and Simple’ Tiddly makes. 

I’m definite in Christmas Card mode now and I’ve used one of Christy’s new-ish images Santagirl:

More practice with my Distress Ink colouring. Although the red is a Spectrum AquaTint pen as I don’t have a red Distress Ink!

And even CAS needs a few bit of bling.

Pretty in Purple

Afternoon all. Have any of you been watching the Hochanda shows with Sheena Douglass and the new AquaTint pens? There is one more show on Hochanda tonight at 5pm but you can watch the other shows on the Hochanda website.

These pens are very similar to the Sparkle Pens, but with out the shimmer! I love the fabulous bristle/brush tip and the colours are divine.

Here is a card I have made using the pens and a lovely Sheena Stamp:

I have used a couple of fab techniques on this card. Using the colour with Glycerine on a blending foam to ink all the layers (and embossing) and a panel made with the colour and salt which gives an amazing effect.

Born to be Wild

Afternoon all. I have a Spectrum Noir make to share with you today. And it’s something a little bit exciting…….new pens!

The new AquaTint pens launch on Hochanda tonight t 6pm with the lovely Sheena Douglass. These pens are very similar to the Sparkle Pens, but with out the shimmer! I love the fabulous bristle/brush tip and the colours are divine.

The pens are such lovely colours and a dream to use

The image was coloured direct to paper with the pens and the background was created by blowing Pebeo drawing gum through a star and when dry washing with colour.
