Hula Love

Hula Hoop (4)

Morning all. I’m feeling a bit sorry for myself today as after only about 3 weeks of feeling back to normal I’ve only gone and picked up another set of germs which are playing havoc with my sinus problems. So if you need me I’ll be shut in the Crafty Cupboard with a bowl of hot menthol steam lol.

Anyhoo, I’m here to share my card for the latest challenge over at the A Gem of a Challenge blog. This fortnight our theme is ‘Have a Heart’ and I’ve used the super cute Hula Hoop Chloe:

Hula Hoop (3)

I loved the orangey/red & teal colours on these papers, so I sat down and a play with some different Copic combos and I am pretty please with the match to the papers.

Fairy Heartfelt

Heartfelt Fairy (3)

Morning all! It’s Tuesday and that means one thing…… Tiddly Tuesday. Hurrah! Over at the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog we want to see your Tiddly makes using  ‘Fairies’.

I love fairies so much I spent an age deciding which image to use. Christy has so many wonderful fairies in her shop you’ll be spoilt for choice too. This is my make using Fairy Heartfelt:

Heartfelt Fairy (2)

I have had this paper in my stash a while, but haven’t used it until now. Truth be told I was a little disappointed with it, as the printing on the cover of the paper stack is a lot crisper than on the paper inside. Although the softer look seems to work well with this image, as I coloured it no-lines.

Building Queen

Wryn Building Queen (4)

Happy Tiddly Tuesday…..ugh I mean Wednesday !! I’m not quite sure where time is going this week but I think I am meeting myself coming back again.

A new challenge started yesterday over at the Tiddly Inks Challenge Blog and this time our theme is ‘Scrap-It.

I really didn't know what to make for this challenge. I have never properly been a scrapbooker and my colouring journal pages just look like my normal cards, so I wanted it to at least look like a layout!

I’ve used a selections of pictures from last summer when my Dad and I built us a new shed and greenhouse and teamed it with the super cute Wryn Building Queen:
