Good Morning! Hope you are all having a crafty weekend! Sorry for the sporadic posting at the moment, but having a Newborn again is quite tiring and poor baby Emily is suffering from Baby Reflux which has been a little distressing for us. I’ve been trying to do just a little crafting everyday to keep me relaxed but when I craft I don’t have time to blog and vice versa, so sorry if some of my posts seem a little ‘short and sweet’ for the time being.
Anyhoo enough waffle and to the point…. I have today shared my first card over on the ‘Gems of Inspiration Blog’. My Mum celebrated a very special Birthday last week and as I love my Mum loads I wanted to use Valentine Bear & Sentiment to make a Birthday card, showing hearts aren’t just for Valentine’s Day! I’ve also used Janet’s latest digi papers Lemon Drizzle…
The image has been coloured with my ProMarkers and matted and layered onto a selection of the papers from the Lemon Drizzle kit. I have also used MFT Flower dies, MFT By the Letter dies, Memory Box Parker Number Dies, Stickles Glitter Glue and sequins/gems from my stash.
I would also like to enter this card into the following challenges:
- Simon Says Stamp – Anything Goes
- Craft Us Crazy – Anything Goes
- Cute Card Thursday – Something Old (Stash…gems and glitter glue)
- Stampin with the Dragon – Anything Goes
- Ladybugs TLT Challenge – Add a number
- Allsorts – For a Lady
- The Corrosive Challenge – All that Glitters
- By the Cute and Girly – Bling
- Joanna Sheen Challenge – Layer it Up
