Happy Saturday! I hope the weather is a bit brighter in your part of the world, it’s very dull and grey here this morning. I’ve got some cooking simmering in the kitchen (Thai Sweet Chilli Sauce), so the kids and I are taking a break and catching up on some of last weeks X-Factor :-)
It’s time for a new challenge at A Gem of a Challenge and it’s my turn to set the theme and I’ve chosen…
Use 2 Images
With a bit of jiggery pokery on the computer I’ve flipped Andy with Snowman and placed in behind Chloe with Snowman to make this cute little scene…
I wanted to focus on the fabulous images so I have kept the rest of the card clean and simple with just a couple of snowflakes and a bow in the corner. I’ve also used some of the fabulous new American Crafts textured card I picked up in TK Maxx yesterday (a real bargain as it was half price)…
Supplies:
- Image: Andy with Snowman and Chloe with Snowman from Pink Gem Designs
- Colouring Medium: ProMarkers
- Card: Joanna Sheen Elegance Ice White 300gsm and American Crafts Textured Card
- Embellishments: Hobbycraft large white snowflake sprayed with Cosmic Shimmer Mist ‘Aqua Lagoon’, Hobbycraft Wooden snowflake and ribbon
I would like to enter this card into the following challenges:
- Anything Goes Challenge – In the Garden
- Papertake weekly – Card for a child
- Tuesday Throwdown – Anything Goes
- Cute Card Thursday – Hip to be square
- Chocolate Coffee and Cards – Anything Goes

- Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge – Cut it out (I used a ruler and craft knife…hop that’s ok)

- Christmas Stampin All Year Long – Cute and/or Cuddly
- The Glory of Christmas – Anything Goes
- Bunny Zoes Monthly Challenge – Something Blue

Thank you so much for sharing your delightful card for both of my CHNC challenges (craft knife and ruler definitely count as 'cut it out') - sorry, but you were too late with your entry for The Glory of Christmas - the present challenge is 'monochrome' - would love to see your entry for that x
So adorable. Very creative to merge the two images.
This is adorable! Great job combining the three images and I love the clean lines with just the snowflake to embellish. Thanks for playing with CSAYL.
Awww, this is just sweet sweet sweet!!! Lovely coloring. Thanks for joining in the fun at CSAYL this week :>)
I love snowmen...this card is so cute. The images are adorable and your coloring is fabulous. I wish I could maneuver the images like you did...I'm not to that point when it comes to manipulating images on the computer. :) This is beautiful! --Gail
