Star Player

Football Andy (3)

Morning all. Hubby let me have a cheeky little lie-in this morning so I’m a little late posting Winking smile

Anyhoo, over at A Gem of a Challenge it’s the Pinks turn to host the challenge and we have a fabulous theme of ‘Boys Birthday’.

Apart from Mr 7 I don’t get to make many little boys cards so this one was quite fun. I’ve used Football Andy:

Gabbie Loves to Colour

Gabbie Loves to Colour (4)

Afternoon all! Lazy Sunday afternoon here. Watched a film with the children earlier, bit of sorting out files on the laptop, bit of blogging and then going to do some colouring Smile

Anyhoo, a while back I shared some absolutely fabulous news over on FB, but I don’t think I shared it here on my blog though…….I have joined the Spectrum Noir Team making samples for the TV shows on Hochanda and HSN. I’m still pinching myself now…..for an addicted colourer like me I am over the moon.

My first batch of cards have appeared on the small screen now so I thought I would share them here with you.

I thought this was an appropriate image, this is Gabbie Loves to Colour from Faery Ink

Gabbie Loves to Colour (3)

In my dreams this is what I look like when I colour…..truth is I’m usually sat on the sofa, in my jammies, with no make up on when I colour lol!

Bunny Wishes

Mum 85th Birthday (4)

Evening All! I mostly make card just for myself but this evening I have a card to share with you that I made for an order. The only requirements were it was for a Mum who is turning 85 and it had to be A4 size.

I thought that would be a breeze, until I started to make it…..A4 is a large space to fill without everything looking a little lost.

So I used a couple of Lili of the Valley digi trios for this card, love that I can make them whatever size is needed and mix and match them too. This card uses Bunny Wishes Trio and Birthday Trio:

Mum 85th Birthday (2)

Not knowing what the recipients tastes are, I decided to use some soft and pretty colours

Mum 85th Birthday (5)

And some pretty flowers too
