Fairy Magic

Fairy Magic (1)

Morning all! I have a little catching up to do as I been suffering with an awful virus for a few days. I haven’t crafted for almost a week….which is most unlike me.

Anyhoo, a brand new challenge started on Friday over at the Polkadoodles Challenge Blog and even though it’s Anything Goes the team are showing some creations using the technique of Paper Piecing.

For my make today I’ve used the fabulous Serenity Fairy Wishes Download Bundle:

I have paper pieced her wing and dress and coloured the remaining parts with my Copics.

To add some depth to the paper piecing and match it with the rest of the image I added some shading with a pale violet grey Copic.

Summer Goddess

20180509_130846

Evening all. Over at the Passionate Paper Creations and Friends FB Group we are being sponsored by the fabulous Ching-Chou Kuik and if you are a member of the group there is a fabulous discount to be had.

I had such a hard time choosing from all the beautiful images, but in the end I picked Summer Goddess:

I was trying to challenge myself on this image and see if I could colour her up with just a small selection of markers.

And I’ve added a little bit of stencilling to the background with some Aqua Tint/Sparkle Pens mixed with a smidge of Glycerine and applied on a mini foam blender

Supplies:

Don’t forget to hop over to the Passionate Paper Creations and Friends FB Group for details of the discount.
