At the Beach with Tiddly Inks

Wryn at the Beach (4)

Oh boy I’ve had a very tiring day, but not actually achieved a lot. My Little Girl is teething and has cried and cuddled a lot, but I can’t complain as I love cuddles.

I’m probably up later than I should be (its 1am here) but I wanted to get this posted in peace and quiet and if I’m on cuddle duty again tomorrow posting this one handed may not be quite so simple!

The other week when I was away on holiday I took my ProMarkers and a host of images with me to do some colouring in. This gorgeous Tiddly Inks image Wryn Beach Babe was one of them and I finally sat down Saturday afternoon and put this little card together…

Wryn at the Beach (5)

I created a card with a little scene the other day, using plain card and papers, so I wanted to give it another go with patterned papers and I’m pleased with how it turned out.  My (very honest) 3 year old said ‘Mummy that’s a pretty sun in the sky’ so it if he likes it can’t be half bad, lol!

Supplies:

  • Colouring Medium: ProMarkers

Just a quick scheduled post as when you read this I will be surrounded by a room of noisy children….my little boy is having the 2nd of his settling in days at pre-school ready for when he starts in September.

A couple of weeks ago I was lucky enough to win a guest spot over at Lexis Creations . So here is the card I made for the new challenge using the fabulous Ice Skating Pengy from Fairy Dust Crafts Store.
