Digi Bells Guest DT Call

Wow! I have had such a fab day.  Had lot's of family round to celebrate my little boys first birthday. I can't believe he will be a year old tomorrow. I would like to share his card with you, now I know he's too young to look at it now but I will keep all the cards he''s been given today so he can look at them when he's older.  I made the card using a fabulous digi image from Elizabeth Bell called Bell Horses - Li'l Cowboy the image reminded me of my little boy especially when I coloured his outfit red the same as my little boys sleep suit. I would like to enter this card into the Guest DT call for the Digi Bells and I have followed Janiel's sketch rotated 90 degrees anti clockwise.

I would also like to enter this card into Sir Stampalot February Challenge which is 'All creatures great and small' for the little horse on my image, Pollycraft Challenge 'Special Birthdays', Simon Says Stamp Challenge which is 'Make your own embellishments', I have made the square gingham buttons using patterned paper and clear sparkle embossing powder and Totally Gorjuss where the challenge is checks.

Items: Card from Stash, Elizabeth Bell Digi Image - Bell Horses - Li'l Cowboy, Silver Thread, ProMarkers, Rub-on Greeting and letters, silver ribbon and brad from stash, Number 1 template created on microsoft word.

Little Claire Challenge 1

Here is a card I made for my nephews 21st birthday using Little Claire's Lazy Days Stamp.  Boy's are quite hard to make cards for and this may sound silly but they don't always appreciate how much effort you put into a card so I decided to keep it nice and simple. I have mainly used stamping, a bit of colouring in and I paper pieced the trousers.

Items: Card base and acetate from stash, Lazy Days stamp set from Little Claire, Glitter Strips from Paper Cellar, Number Stamps from an old See-D's set, DP from a DCWV mat stack, Black Stazon, Alcohol Ink in Storm, Tuxedo Black Memento Ink, ProMarkers and Stickles.
